Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@dazzlebloom.com with your order details. We’ll guide you through the return process.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll happily replace it. Please email support@dazzlebloom.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a brief description of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll send you the correct item or issue store credit, depending on availability.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account or PayPal again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@dazzlebloom.com.
